Leaked images poised as Claire and Jamie’s cabin for season 4 of Outlander has required production designer Jon Gary Steele to set the record straight.

Pictures of a cabin being built in the middle of the woods have appeared on Twitter tagged as the new home for Claire and Jamie in Outlander season 4. Naturally, interest has peaked over the images with much debate taking place between fans over if this is actually their new home or not.

Season 3 of Outlander ended with both of our main characters washed ashore in colonial America. They will need a new home if they want to survive so naturally, we expect one to appear, whether we see it being built or it just appears fully built is a debate for another day but the question now is; is this the new home of Claire and Jamie or not?

Jon Gary Steele to the rescue

Production designer Jon Gray Steele took to Twitter to set the record straight on the matter.

And it isn’t, Steele confirmed that this is indeed not the new home of Claire and Jamie. He did go on and answer a few questions people had about their home but he gave very little away in what is coming in the next season.

What he did say for sure is that Claire and Jamie’s home will be beautiful, just wait and see.

The question now is what is this cabin for? Does it even have anything to do with Outlander or is some poor soul wondering why there cabin is all over the internet? What do you think? Leave us a comment below with your thoughts.

Outlander is currently in production. No date has been set for Season 4 as of yet but is expected to return later this year.
