Most of you will think of Halloween costumes and immediately think of the Sexy Bumblebee or the Sexy Nurse. Maybe the tandem costumes that are as hilarious as they are lame. Some of you may think of cosplay.

What’s cosplay? Costume Play. It’s dressing up like a character that you love and becoming that character. Those people who dress up when they attend Comic Con? Those are cosplayers, and they are some of the best costumers in the world.

We wanted to see if we could find some Outlander cosplay to help inspire us this Halloween. Here are some of our favorites!

This beauty was found on Facebook, and we can’t believe how amazing this costume is! And she is a spitting image of Claire! Now… Where is my sewing machine…

This duo looks splendid, and Jamie’s costume is extremely detail-oriented! I wonder if I can get my boyfriend into a kilt…

This one would probably be a great starter for someone. Although I don’t think she’s *technically* Claire, this could be the disheveled Claire from early Season 1 episodes.

WHAT. These are great, and it helps that they look JUST LIKE the actors from the show. I can’t love it any more than I do.

Ah! The costume I would choose… Such a cute outfit (and relatively easy… I think…). She did great, and posted on her Facebook that this was for a Barnes & Noble event.
